To change your subscription information, login into your Kabrita account

1. Once you are logged in, click on the Manage Subscriptions link under your name.
2. Click on the Subscription link in the menu, then click on your subscription.
3. On the next screen, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and click on Cancel subscription. Follow the instructions and provide a reason for cancellation. You will then receive confirmation that your subscription was cancelled.

If you receive a message that your account could not be found, please click on New Customer? Sign up → on the Kabrita login page and sign up the email address that was used to place your subscription order and follow the steps above.

3. Click on the dropdown on your current method, then click on Edit Payment Method
4. Then, click on the Send update email. You will then be sent a link that will direct you to our website to securely update your credit card.

3. Scroll to the bottom and click on Skip this Order.
4. You will receive a confirmation box. Click on the Skip this Order button. Once confirmed, you will see the new Next order date under the Next order section.

As our fulfillment process happens quite fast, we are not able to cancel orders after they have left our warehouse. Please make sure to cancel or skip your order prior to your next charge date.
