To determine the required quantity for the monthly subscription, you need to select "Subscribe & Save", then add the desired quantity by clicking the "+" icon to increase the amount, and then select "Add to Cart"

To modify your subscription information, please log in to your account on the Kabrita website.

1. After logging in, click on the "Manage Subscriptions" link located under your name.

2. Then select "Subscriptions" from the menu, and click on your current subscription.

3. On the next page, scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription."

Follow the instructions and provide a reason for cancellation, and you will receive a confirmation message that your subscription has been successfully canceled.

If you receive a message stating that the account was not found, click on "New Customer? Register Now -->" on the login page, register with the same email address you used when subscribing, then follow the previous steps.

3. Click on the dropdown on your current method, then click on Edit Payment Method
4. Then, click on the Send update email. You will then be sent a link that will direct you to our website to securely update your credit card.

To change your subscription information, login into your Kabrita account

2. Then, click on Subscriptions in the top menu, then click on your active subscriptions.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click on Skip this Order.
4. You will receive a confirmation box. Click on the Skip this Order button. Once confirmed, you will see the new Next order date under the Next order section.

As our fulfillment process happens quite fast, we are not able to cancel orders after they have left our warehouse. Please make sure to cancel or skip your order prior to your next charge date.

If you have just moved, make sure to change your address in your account before your next shipment is sent. You will always receive an email from us 3 days before the next shipment.

No, discount codes cannot be used as our subscription product is already discounted.
